Booth placement: Once exhibitor registration closes, the MODE team creates the final floor plan. Booths are assigned based on space requirements, with larger booth requests placed first, followed by smaller footprints.
We also intentionally distribute brands throughout the floor to create a better shopping experience for retailers and stronger traffic flow for exhibitors. Rather than grouping similar categories together, we strive to create a balanced floor that encourages attendees to explore every aisle and discover new opportunities.
While we do our best to accommodate placement preferences, final booth assignments are determined by booth size requirements and overall floor plan design. Our focus is on creating a successful Market experience for everyone involved.
