To make setup as seamless as possible, MODE partners with Convention Handling Services (CHS) as our official exhibitor services provider.

CHS can assist with

Shipping to MODE?

If you plan to ship products, displays, samples or booth materials, register with CHS before the event. Your materials are then received, delivered and waiting at your booth when you arrive.

Bringing it yourself?

No problem. Exhibitors are welcome to hand-carry items into the Market — no need to register with CHS if no shipments are being sent.

Important shipping information

  • 01

    The host hotel is unable to accept exhibitor packages on behalf of MODE exhibitors.

  • 02

    Any materials shipped to the event must be sent through CHS, using the exhibitor shipping instructions provided prior to Market.

  • 03

    As with most trade shows, package receiving, material handling and rental services are managed directly by the provider — separate from MODE booth fees.
