Each booth space:

  • is 10' wide by 8' deep with a height capacity of 10'
  • includes one 6' table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket.  There will not be pipe and drape
  • includes scheduled lunch & dinner for 2 brand representatives
  • includes logo placement on the MODE website and promotion through social media
  • includes the opportunity to participate in other advertising initiatives

Exhibitors purchasing larger booths will be placed first to better accommodate the trade show floor.

Shipping info: DO NOT SHIP TO THE CONVENTION CENTER.  The convention center will not receive shipments. We are using CHS (Convention Handling Services) as our booth set up vendor. They will handle all materials, booth set-up and electrical install.  Booth materials will ship directly to CHS and can be delivered to your booth by CHS (price is per pound).  At tear down, return labels should be put on boxes, fill out a bill of lading for CHS with instructions of how you would like the boxes shipped back.  ie. Fed Ex or UPS. All costs and further details will be explained in documentation directly from CHS
