What is MODE Market?
MODE Market is an annual 4-day trade show dedicated exclusively to the dance retail industry. It brings together independent dance retailers, brands, and industry professionals from around the world in a focused buying and networking environment.
When and where is MODE Market 2027?
MODE Market 2027 runs February 3 to 6 in San Antonio, Texas at the Marriott Riverwalk. It is a location our community loved so much that we are returning for a second consecutive year.
Who attends MODE Market as a retailer?
Our attendees are independent dance retail store owners and buyers from across the United States who are actively looking to place wholesale orders, discover new brands, and invest in their stores for the season ahead.
How many retailers attend MODE Market?
MODE Market welcomed 150+ retail stores in 2026 and we are projecting 175 stores for 2027. Our community continues to grow year over year and we are so excited about what is ahead!
BOOTH & EXHIBITING
How much does a booth cost?
Each standard booth space is $3,000 USD. Book within our official MODE hotel block and receive a $500 booth credit applied at checkout using your hotel confirmation number.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes! A 50/50 payment plan is available for booth purchases. Simply select the 50/50 option under Purchase Options at checkout and put your card on file. The remaining balance will be automatically charged on September 30, 2026.
What does a booth space include?
Each 10x10 booth includes one 6 foot table, 4 to 6 chairs, pipe and drape along the back and between booths, scheduled lunch and dinner for 2 brand representatives, logo placement on the MODE website, and promotion through social media.
Can I get a larger booth space?
Our standard booth size is 10x10. To accommodate a 20x10 space, you would need to purchase 2 booths side by side. Please note that a 15x10 configuration is not possible with our current setup.
How do I receive the $500 booth credit?
Book your hotel within the official MODE hotel block first, then use your hotel confirmation number as the coupon code at checkout when purchasing your booth. Please note that the code cannot be added after an order has been placed and refunds will not be provided for unused codes.
Are sponsorships and add-ons included in the payment plan?
The 50/50 payment plan applies to booth purchases only. All sponsorships and add-ons are to be paid in full at the time of purchase.
HOTEL & LOGISTICS
Where should I stay for MODE Market?
We recommend staying within our official MODE hotel block at the Marriott Riverwalk in San Antonio. We also recommend the nearby Marriott Rivercenter as an alternative. Both are steps from each other and the market floor!
How do I book my hotel room?
Click "Book Your Room" on themodemarket.com to reserve your stay within our official hotel block and enjoy our discounted partner rate. We strongly recommend booking early as rooms fill up quickly every year!
Is parking available near the event hotel?
Yes! Here are the available options near the Marriott Riverwalk. Valet is $60 per night, self parking is $47 per night, Convention Center Garage is $10 per day, and Rivercenter Mall is $20 per day. Please note all parking fees are subject to rate increase.
Is food provided during the event?
Lunch breaks are built into the schedule on all market days and Saturday includes a Lunch and Brunch. Please check the full schedule at themodemarket.com for more details.
