Market Booth

Show off your finest wares to the leaders in dance retail with a booth at MODE Market. 

Each booth space:

• is 10' wide by 8' deep with a height capacity of 8'
• includes one 6' table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket.  There will not be pipe and drape
• will have equal-sized banners.  A group discount will be available soon.
• includes all meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) for 1 brand representative
• includes logo placement on the MODE website and promotion through social media
  
• includes the opportunity to participate in the fashion show, brand workshops and other advertising initiatives

The details:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit per booth is due at the time of registration.
• Final booth payments are due Oct and will be automatically charged to the credit card used for the deposit. No refunds after final payments are due.
• Booth selection begins fall 2024
• Additional food packages can be purchased for brand representatives

Booth selection will take place in the order of deposit payments received. Full payment will automatically be charged on October 18th, 2024.   Exhibitors purchasing larger booths will be placed first to better accommodate the trade show floor.

All vendors MUST agree to the Terms & Conditions

As a standard requirement of all of our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in all. If you do not have this coverage in place, we have made arrangements for all of our exhibitors to acquire this coverage at significant savings by purchasing as part of a group. Please click the link below, complete a short questionnaire and you will obtain this coverage for $65 plus tax. ***Please note the coverage begins 1 day prior to the Event Date shown on the application.
